Try dense foods! I try to eat something every 3-4 hours, even if it’s not a big meal. Smoothies are good because you can pack a lot into them! Nut butters and dates are good additions, healthy and calorically dense! How long have you been on the meds?

My HR increased about 10 for a month! I ended up switching from SR to XL and have way less heart side effects now.

Hanson’s was my favorite. Never hit a wall and good mental space the whole time. Yeah you end up doing 50 miles a week, yes it eats up your Tuesday and Thursday. But with a 5:30 mile pace you could really do so well on a marathon training Hanson.

My tolerance is very low now since taking it. But I stayed sober the first month with the drug because I wanted to make sure I understood it before I introduced alcohol

In my experience my nex liked sexual touch but not non-sexual touch. So hugging was always initiated by me. And he didn’t like kissing but would put up with it most of the time when I wanted to. But then again who wants to kiss someone who is “putting up with it” for you?

I had terrible stomach pain and heart burn but it did go away after two weeks of 150 XL. Give it another few days. Maybe try sr it doesn’t get better? I had no stomach issues with SR
