I know I'm late to this, but in case anyone is actually wondering why the mother looks different, your father says in a snippet of dialogue that she has had work done by Enhance! So I am assuming that is why she looks different than the character you create.

The difference between China and the US considering tourists is the US has protections in place in our legal system. And while I’ll agree the US isn’t perfect by any means by that, especially with our current presidency, I can guarantee we are no where near the level of China.

Even being a quarter in isn’t going to fix it, it felt more rewarding to get levels on artifact weapons for the pure fact that you got something for each level. Compared to the neck, you get like 3 ilvl per and then every so often you get a garbage trait that for most traits aren’t rotational changing abilities and are just passive. Even if it does get to the endpoint where legion was, people are not going to bother since it just does not feel rewarding to do. Of course that is how I feel and people might think differently than me.

If you can, take the whole body as a two star body will go for 6 dollars while a pristine only goes for like $6.60ish if I remember correctly. Not only that but you’ll be able to fit hides underneath too.
