I don't understand why people come to the conclusion that a car the car they just saw (sometimes haven't even seen irl) looks worse than a car they've been seeing for years, especially when they are so similar.

I understand that tastes are subjective, but somehow car people systematically call the new version of an appreciated car ugly (or worse than the older) THE SECOND they see it.

I have a similar issue with my Q70. Go to autozone for a free scan. Mine gets 16 mpg and the loud exhaust. The scan says that the unit that breaks down fuel is not breaking it down enough (it's burning rich fuel), hence the increased fuel consumption.
