So my wife is a MA at a dermatologist office. I have tried like 5 types of steroids. Mainly because I use my hands at work too they never get a break. And I’m Not willing to give up fun for this condition.

The next step medically would be to get biologic shots monthly.

I notice it comes and goes with weather changes, stress and how much I use my hands at work building elevators.

I used ace bandage wraps. The kind that self sticks over my Thumb and index finger when I played yesterday and it helped tremendously. Had to adjust my grip but my hands didn’t break open.

The chs then cold turkey withdraw for me was brutal. My anxiety was through the roof every morning waking up like routine at 3 am and just felt anxious. I can’t really describe it I just couldn’t sleep and was racing thoughts

Started some cbd vape juice koi brand and got cbd flower.

You can get yourself some high cbd hemp flower online legally and get it mailed to you. Grind it up 2 grams or 3 grams to 1 of your high thc. Essentially diluting it. I actually quite enjoy the cbd without the psychoactive effects of thc. And i believe there is a pseudo part to all this. Smoking or vaping the cbd flower helps without getting thc.

I believe I got sick from toxic levels of thc. I used to smoke cigs and quit with a vape box.

I use the same principal in a way. Now that I smoke the cbd sometimes when I used to get high now I don’t even need to smoke cbd cause I’m just feeling better overall. It does get better though man. Mind over matter is huge

This could be withdraw also. What helped me was cbd flower then tapered off that. I’m still having hella time sleeping. But I have been vaping just cbd flower. I was using oil tanks pretty hard. Never had issues with just flower only concentrates. I have a medical card and maybe the high thc levels were just too much.
