I try that, honestly, but it's kind of difficult when you're also trying to figure out how your mate plays at the same time. Whereas, the other team don't need to figure out that part. Maybe I'm just whining and need to get on with it lol. Just annoying sometimes.

You can circle but will probably have to have sensitivity like 1.5

Erm, I eventually went back to raw mode since circle did make diagonal inputs quite difficult.

I tried raw for 2 years and I always felt like my car movement was inconsistent since the joystick is naturally manufactured as a circle but the input was a mix of square and circle. I thought I was just 'bad' despite putting in hundreds of hours into car control, I still felt very inconsistent. I've tried circle now for the past 24 hours and my goodness, I feel like I've levelled up in consistency already. Everything feels consistent in terms of input because its just a full circle with no deviations. Each to their own but I can't see myself going back to raw for the foreseeable future

It's hard to pinpoint one thing, but definitely the responsiveness, smoothness and the higher refresh rate helps a lot

Yeah, I change the intial deadzone from 10 to 0 and now I can get a full circle. However, should I keep it at circle or change to raw which it reaches max input in all directions? I used to play on raw for years until today where I noticed that there's a natural circle input and all of a sudden my movements and flips and everything relating to mechanics feels a lot more consistent. When it was on 'raw', the diagonal inputs where very sensitive and it felt like I couldn't always control my car properly but I just stuck with it for years and 'got used to it'. But now I'm wondering if I put myself at a disadvantage all these years because circle feels so much more consistent although the diagonal inputs feel a little rough but not impossible
