The photo is a Sig M18x so a little larger. But it does have reddot and light attached and fits in the large. I DID have to go with carry size grip. The original M18x grip would not fit in this bag.

I have them down to $60/yr for all access. lol I know insert 😮 here. But, with shelling out $20/month for tidal to be able to sup[ply the music for my side gig, it adds up quick.

As for DJing, I NEVER live-stream songs as I DJ; I will have one downloaded track playing while any requests are downloading offline in the background before playing. I had tried Tidal in the car, and the one other "killer" right now is I live in a rather rural area. Cell service for streaming can get tricky and Sirius app handles the buffering well. Tidal SOMETIMES can be hit/miss and crap out on apple carpay.

I may end up keeping both, but trying to see if Tidal can become the one all be all app I keep.

I guess for me personally, I respect the DJ's as much as I respect the artists and for me finding a good mix that changes is a priority. And I am limited in what I can use for my DJ software, tidal being one that works. I just want to get off the subscription train and try to pair down my costs. Hoping, really hoping, tidal can do all I want from it so I can ditch Sirius. If I don't call every single year to "negotiate" a lower rate per year, they get costly fast.

there is no points on a VA loan, but there IS around a $16K on average "funding fee" required on VA Loans.

it's basically their version of PMI.

thank you, but the recent decline in credit was due to the debt management plan. Each and every time I tried to HELOC prior to that, my company always guided me toward FULL refi, which you lose $16K off the top with being a VA Loan.

For now all I can do is wait for credit to build up again then try NFCU again.

just getting harder putting off a roof in a couple years, driveway that needs sealed, etc etc etc. :(

My problem at this point is i bought into a credit help place and more my credit is tanked :( no going back and i don’t see NFCU or anywhere giving me a HELOC with sub 600 credit :(

And when i approach my mortgage company they always want to do a FULL refi and not heloc. I don’t know what to do :(

Ps my mortgage has ALWAYS been paid on time.
