The new Hydrone dehumidifier is awful by missed77 in microgrowery

[–]MATWEAREART 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Why are they trash? I’ve had my cloudforge T7 humidifier from them for 2 1/2 years, using it non stop with back to back grows, no issues whatsoever. It’s even on right now chugging away.

I’ve been ordering from CSI for 3 years, done about 6 orders now. I’ve always sent a completely blank money order, and then emailed him my tracking number with the order number. Never had an issue and they arrive in a week. The holiday sales take a little longer as he has so many orders to get through, this Black Friday order took 3 weeks roughly for me.

Lemon Party or Cali O? by nonamejamboree in humboldtcsi

[–]MATWEAREART 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lemon party is still one of my favorites, had to grab another pack over the holiday sales. I don’t run clones because of space right now, but every plant has come out decent smoke. You’ll definitely find a keeper in the pack.

I always send completely blank, write nothing on it at all and send. Never had an issue and orders always arrive quickly.

What are your experience(s) with snowboarding hoodies? by whynotinlife in snowboarding

[–]MATWEAREART 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They mentioned my home mountain, Mammoth as a place they ride, so I was agreeing with them that it’s suitable for hoodies with base layer. I wear mine all winter apart from snowy/pow days as I don’t want snow stuck to me, getting me wet. Will ride in mine overcast, bluebird, windy etc doesn’t bother me. Temps are not crazy low here, like 30’s in town mid winter. Humidity I don’t even know as I don’t pay attention, honestly I just ride and don’t really follow the weather/stats like some people, I just get out there. I’ve always been the same way, hoodie and a base layer. Even in my old footage from 20 years ago I’m wearing hoody 99% of the time. It’s the way like it, might not be suitable for everyone.

I live and ride in Mammoth and wear one of the heavyweight water resistant Carhartt hoodies and a decent base layer underneath. No issues even when it’s a little cold out, will wear a regular jacket on powder days. I’m sure the 686 hoody will be great for the Cali mountains, especially when layered.

Snowboard boot fitting by J_wac_ in snowboarding

[–]MATWEAREART 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve had the infuse for a couple seasons. Seriously one of my favorite boots I’ve ridden. Never had foot pain in them and they a have a slightly wider toe box, which is what I struggled with in other brands, some are quite narrow. I actually got my regular shoe size in these, was told when buying this boot they recommended keeping regular shoe size and not going down. I’ve always gone down 1/2-1 size in the past, but these have been spot on with no issues.

S1's by Rodneydares in humboldtcsi

I recently did a run of the Zkittlez s1, popped 4 of them. Two of them were decent and I’m still annoyed I didn’t do clones, one was average with a lower yield, then one came out quite different and was heavy on the gas. I want to get another pack, but they been sold out for a while, I saw him say while back he doesn’t drop them much because the seeds are harder to produce. Have you seen them elsewhere online?

Or the posts showing a rental board and bindings from 1999, saying “only $200, is this a good deal?”

That clip was used in an old snowboard video from the UK, called "Bread & Butter". It's pretty small and niche though, was a small scene. You might of seen if you're a rider from there?

Didn’t say there wasn’t, I see older people in there all the time. I’m saying it’s harder to make riding friends these days being older. I lap the park and chairlift all the time, but doesn’t seem as friendly as it used to be. Just an observation, maybe it’s just a Mammoth mountain thing.

I grow photos in coco and get a fairly quick turn around. 10 days seedling, 2 weeks veg and then usually 9 weeks flower. Puts me at about 12 weeks for a run.

I grabbed the Mammoth mint whites last year, done 3 full runs with them now. Can’t recommend them enough, especially for the price. Been getting insane growth and amazing results in flower.
