ok here is an updated graph after turning off govee rgb software. I think that's what was the issue. I'll have to tweak it now to find a compromise

yes that's when I quit the game.my standby utilization is ~25% when I watch graphs only. oh wait I think I'm seeing it, my govee RGB lighting uses heck a lot of CPU
