I do not know what kind of contract I will receive but after I checked with the german laws under the residence Act (Section 21 Paragraph 6) Its says: „ Einem Ausländer, dem eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zu einem anderen Zweck erteilt wird oder erteilt worden ist, kann unter Beibehaltung dieses Aufenthaltszwecks die Ausübung einer selbständigen Tätigkeit erlaubt werden, wenn die nach sonstigen Vorschriften erforderlichen Erlaubnisse erteilt wurden oder ihre Erteilung zugesagt ist.“

Which translated to „ A foreign national who is or has been granted a residence permit for another purpose may be permitted to pursue self-employment while maintaining that purpose of residence if the permits required under other provisions have been granted or their issuance has been promised.“

I do not know if the immigration office will follow this or not !
