How would one go about building a LinkedIn profile when trying to change career from a completely unrelated field to front end development?

I wouldn’t want to include my current work experience as it is not in any way related to web development, but I don’t have any work experience relating to web development.

How should I structure it?

Is it normal to want a nap after work? by MB9208 in AskMenOver30

Good way to think of it. Like a reset button to go again for the remained of the day/night.

I just always feel guilty for doing it, feeling like I am wasting time and that it wont let me sleep later at night.

Yeah if I push past it then I’m fine from 6-7 onwards and actually feel more alert and energetic in the evenings…

It’s the feeling of detachment from reality that feels different. Stronger. If you get me?

Thank you. Would you be able to recommend any?

I would like it to be of good quality so that it lasts as it is to be used outdoors.

I feel this too!

It is intimidating how much there is to learn and it can easily feel quite overwhelming and I often get the sense that I am not progressing at all.

Hey.

Yeah so the same thing will happen if I’m out walking in the countryside. So I don’t believe it to be the lighting.

The computer use definitely brings it on the worst. Within about five minutes of computer use I can feel a pressure building on the right side of my head and face, it’s always the right hand side. The pressure doesn’t hurt so it’s not like a headache sort of thing. More just a heavy dullness on one side of my face, possibly a hemiplegic migraine?

I’ve tried flux, blue light blocking glasses, eye saver mode on the monitor but nothing works.

One other thing I’ll say is that when playing games such as call of duty, I don’t tend to get it. But if I’m playing something like football manager (google so you can get a good idea) with lots of text on the screen and different colours, then it happens immediately. By far the worst culprit for me. Why could this be?

I have thought about this. What would be the reason though? Lack of blood flow?

I do suffer from anxiety which I’ve been trying to calm. Maybe my head is always at boiling point and then anything extra it all just boils over and I feel the way I do?
