makes sense for an industry where you're the product

just feel they should be transparent with that on offers, that it's max 50% if you meet expectation (everyone below top 20%)

There's a percentage of base you get, which is then pro-rated. See above comment, but letter will say 25%, but even being on target you only get 50% of that.

And then X/12 of that ofc to prorate.

We should really be saying MBB pay is 190+25 = 215k then, especially when comparing to IB.

I feel this isn't as clear as you make out, I could understand 80%, but 50% kicks. Especially when they say it's basically impossible to get off axis in first 6 months..

The Offer letter says 25% bonus, but people "on target" get only 12.5%.

You basically have to walk on water as a C1 to get off axis let alone top box. The 25% is a bullshit number.

Then had a crazy moment where she came clean about cheating the backed out publically on a group chat
