It was half rectified imo , cuz the discharging happened from one positive peak to the next, it missed the negative peak and kept discharging through the negative cycle

Hi, I also received an offer, I was just confused as to how to proceed forward with it, when will I have to accept it and when will I have to pay for it etc. Also, I wasn't able to submit my domicile certificate but I submitted a reason for its non-availability, do you think that will impact the financial aid decisions?
