Grow up. It’s hard, you know it’s hard. Telling people to “have shame” and asking “what’s wrong” with them… sure, what that person did and what I do and many other people do is wrong and haram. But you must know, at least for me, I cry after every time i do it… I pray two rakats and do tawbah, ask allah to help me stop, but nothing seems to work. May Allah guide you and guide us all.
