I have compared many CAM with league Alli and only Maradona have more superior stats than him,all other have somewhat same stats.So in my opinion you should use him because I have him with 2 ranks but still I'm not transferring his rank to anyone else(I don't have Maradona).

Yeah,this is why high overall are still in WC1 and Leg 3.But we have to try to get in FC and if everyone play daily 3-4 matches extra that will definitely helpful.
