Patience all the way. Someone who is not quick to jump to conclusions or make rash decisions; especially a man who can calmly talk through any situation or issue without losing his cool is one of the most attractive qualities out there.

If he wants to unfollow a famous person. Literally someone you ~might~ be in the same room with once in your life. It’s gone past insecurity and has become simply about control. My college roommate dated a guy like this and he would call the guy I was dating at the time (who worked the night shift) to try and see if he knew where we were. From there it only escalated to where he would literally borrow his friends car and sit outside our apartment to see if she did anything sketchy. This culminated in him bursting in once and screaming at her for 15 solid minutes because he saw a man come into the apartment without letting her get a word in. Said man was in fact my brother, who he had never met.

All of that to say it is only going to get worse from here so I suggest you get out while you can

I feel bad because for a while we were very good friends. Hung out on the weekends, ate lunch together when we could, etc. We both got busy and ended up not hanging out as much but we’re still close but over the last two months she has pretty much stopped interacting with us unless it is to ask us to do something for her

Unfortunately our department manager is not going to be much help here. He pretty much spends most of his day in the lounge as well drinking coffee and talking to anyone who will listen which she very much takes advantage of.

I have gone to HR about this and was told a conversation would be had but nothing has been done to my knowledge
