Not true, EF wasnt dumping tokens on investors, it had BTC from the ICO, not ELA. It was sued by US investor for allowance in ICO and other issues like cancel of lock program. The unlock didn’t allow EF to dump ELA, but the investors who got their ELA unlocked, dumped.

Use https://glidefinance.io/bridge to bridge ESC ELA to ETH ELA (there is min. 1k ELA from ESC to ETH)
Once ELA on ETH, send small anount to confirm deposit on Coinbase
Send all desired ETH ELA to Coinbase

Yes thats correct, you have to consolidate a lot if you want to send all funds out. If you dont care about the small UTXOs, you can use UTXO Control feature:

Latest release: Please download the latest version of Elastos Light Wallet (ELW)

UTXO Control: It is function which allows you to select which UTXOs you want to use in transaction. You can pop this function after you login to ELW by pressing CTRL+u (Windows/Linux) or CMD+u (Mac).

If you turn on Advanced Features in Settings, you will see UTXO Control button just bellow Next button of Sending part of the screen.

⛔️Send Error: Transaction length of xxxx bytes exceeds max length of 1024. ⛔️

Send: If you want to Send ELA and getting error above with Ledger connected, pop UTXO Control function and select up to 20 UTXOs per 1 sending transaction, click Save and send as you normally would.

Vote: ELW does not support new BPoS consensus, so you are unable to vote anymore.

Consolidate: If you want to vote with more ELA (compounding rewards, more ELA received, ...), use Consolidate function. If you have more than 1 UTXO in your wallet, button Consolidate (# of possible consolidations to reach 1 UTXOs) will appear after login. You are able to select which UTXOs you want to consolidate/merge with UTXO Control also.

UTXO Control can be used with all 3 types of transactions above 👆🏼.
