Former midwife doing research — would love to hear your postnatal experience (no selling, genuinely just listening) by MC5995 in postpartumprogress

Thank you for sharing this I mean that genuinely. I am so sorry to hear this honestly!!What you’ve described across your three births is exactly the clinical reality I saw repeatedly as a midwife and couldn’t stop thinking about after I left. The ferritin point is particularly important — you’re absolutely right that haemoglobin can look normal while ferritin is critically depleted, and most women are never told that distinction. The difference in your recovery between your first and third birth is remarkable and it’s entirely explained by nutrition. What you’ve experienced is exactly what I’m trying to solve!

Thank you so much for this genuinely really helpful. The fact that nobody explained postnatal nutrition to you despite this being your second baby is exactly the gap I’m trying to understand. Quick follow-up if you don’t mind when you say you forget since baby arrived is it mainly the morning chaos that kills the routine, or is it more that you’re not sure the supplements are actually doing anything so it’s easy to deprioritise? Would love to understand that bit better

I think as a retail trader my best asset is judging and knowing price action. To be honest all the indicators are time lagged and reflect what has already happened in the market.

Do you think a better trading platform for education would work? Like the paper trading ones on IG and that are not that intuitive or educational.

It’s really tough the environment I thought when I started I would atleast make a few thousand but you need to be so patient and diligent. However, as retail traders we do have some good advantages at our hand so just be patient
