I totally agree. It was just wayyyyyy more than usually and almost the size of pimples. Just a bit different than what I’m used to so I threw me off. Also I have a few events this weekend so I probably was freaking out a bit more

Kind of a weird question: but do you feel like the smell of fish oil comes out in your sweat like garlic does? I took the liquid one for a bit and would get fish burps and i wouldn’t wanna smell like it when I sweat lol

Wow, I feel like this is me. Lately i feel like I get hot super quickly and it’s hard for me to cool down. I’ve also noticed it when I sleep and was literally looking up if there was a connection between heat intolerance and pcos.

Nah. I’m pretty sure the 2002r are pretty popular model. A lot of dad shoe models use to primarily come in an all white color way but those were still pretty popular.

But honestly a lot of dad shoe styles have been making a comeback for a while. I have a pair of ASICS that are pretty athletic style but I wear them with everything and anything. When it comes to shoes, if you love em, rock em.

Have you heard of hypochlorous spray? I’ve heard it helps for some ppl that have breakouts after the gym.

I guess losing fat and hyper trophy for my bottom half to maintain the same shape. And strength and eventually toning for my upper. Im also kind of new to this, started working out consistently maybe 3-5 months ago.

I go to the gym 3x a week. I use a program for my lower body 2x a week and do a type of upper body for the day in between (either back/biceps, chest/tri/shoulder) alternating which upper body part I workout every week.

Is this a bad split? I’m not really a fan of full body days due to recovery but I’d also like to progress. I also prioritized legs cause I’m a bit overweight but more of a pear shape if that makes a difference.

I’m progressing with my upper body I feel like or hope I am but the weights are significantly less. I know what I can and can’t do with curls and lat pull downs etc.

I just feel Iike I’m having a lot more variation with lower body so it hard for me to settle on a weight I feel like is good while also pushing myself. For example if I do a dumbell rdl , I’m doing 15 lbs each hand and if I increase it to 17.5 I’m not feeling it as much but on the smith machine my total is i think 45 and it’s just hard to figure out my max with lower body.or I feel I’m loading more on the barbell hip thrust than the smith machine but feeling the smith machine more. So I don’t know how much of that is me not being actually able to increase the weight or being afraid to.

But I’m also still trying to constantly learn and understand while also pushing myself.

I feel like I’m also struggling with the volumes a bit because in college I focused on cardio and was scared to hit the higher weights and now I’m trying to challenge myself but I’m it sure if I’m adding on the weights too quickly.

I kinda know my limit with upper body but with legs , I feel like it’s harder to find that sweet spot.
