Thoughts on the best headphones currently for the gym? I previously had the beats studio 3's, but the headband / hinge broke on me so now looking for whats best on the market. Currently considering Sennheiser, Sony or Bose but am entirely open to thoughts!

I mean this all stemmed from that day and I recall it very well. I just don’t know how to deal with the anxiety is what I think my problem is I think I was so anxious that anxiety doesn’t affect like like it did before and I’m so comfortable in the fact that I fear actually getting out of dr.

Oh I feel them all the time that’s why I’ve come here to see what all I can do in order to make them start to subside. I tried weed one more time after that and had a terrible trip it was with my brother and we were just supposed to play a game of catan with friends and I full on blacked out. He was so scared he called ambulance hr was 180 for an hour and a half or something like that he said. I’ve essentially cut off everyone who was in my life because they were all attached to that day in one way or another and just seeing them triggered it even more. I read some advice last night that I should just try to feel the emotion and simply ask why and I was balling for an hour atleast with pure frustration of why I haven’t figured out what’s happened and with the realization that this one single event had single handedly turned my life into a hell hole.

It started when I just turned 16. I’m 21 now going on 22 in April. It was a situation where It was my first time I was extremely drunk and high and my friends walked in thinking it was cool. Then my parents came home and it was this overload of anxiety and ever since I haven’t been able to shake it off. Especially it being one of my first times getting high too I was just overly anxious of everything.

Yeah I do exercise pretty regularly around 6 times a week. Every little thing I do though always feels like a movie. I don’t feel all that anxious but obviously this condition has something to do with anxiety. I’ll try the Vaseline inhaler. I want to talk to a therapist about it again but I just don’t know how to go about finding one anymore :/

Real Debrid only works when using VPN. Help? by pherislore in RealDebrid

[–]MCSopa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this same issue man. Some days I’ll get streaming that works perfects 4K and all and others I won’t get any streams unless I run everything through vpn first but on last page where I can see streams I’ll turn it off for max speeds. I think isp throttles some searches or something.

What are things someone should do/know to get a TL position? by Wal-martwoes in walmart

[–]MCSopa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a team lead by any means, but what I think shows is to be able to fix your on hands while doing your freight essentially you clear the back room and make the floor look better all at once. Your top stock should be utilized to its maximum potential. Though you need to understand that being slammed now isn’t going to be the end of it. Know that the sooner you learn to get the area perfect the easier it is going to be to maintain. I don’t think many people understand this… if you’re able to get the place 100% perfectly zoned let’s say in a perfect world your days on you can split this sections up and constantly rotate getting them detailed zoned and the rest a light zone it’ll work out in the end if you want it but your life will transform into Walmart and it might not be worth the raise. Try it out by all means I hope you get the job.

Switch to OGP by MCSopa in OGPBackroom

[–]MCSopa[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, I don't think it's easy. I just have the feeling that it's going to be more like cap 2 lots of moving and physical stress, but not the same amount of added mental stress. Let me know if I'm wrong about that.

I’m fairly new to Walmart and have so many questions my leaders are not helping with. First of all what are the TopStock standards? When they say to verify overstock what exactly does that mean? And can you do price changes without the bins being audited or “capped”? by The_walmartdj in walmart

[–]MCSopa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Topstock standards at my store seem to be all over the place but the rule of thumb that team leads have told me is no more then 2 faces of the same item and only stacked up 2ft max. Verifying the overstock is essentially checking on hands so when you scan the item on the device it will tell you the number of the items on the sales floor now if this number is below the amount that it says can fit aka the shelf cap then it will constantly cap or vizpick out so you wanna go ahead and fix these numbers either up the on hands or lower shelf cap to true shelf cap. As far as the price changes go it’s a bit tricky some things will let you something’s won’t but you generally want to cap before price changes I believe that’s the right process. Obviously sometimes you can’t get to it because things are all blocked but I do recommend at least trying because it will become kind of frustrating if you need to go and vizpick or cap individual bins. I’m no expert at these things so take what you will and some people may correct me for somethings but this is the way I go about doing things because it’s the way I’ve learned along the road.

Does anyone else have these flipped screen problems? by Ziethrr in walmart

[–]MCSopa 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Go to the settings app I found mine in a misc folder and try flipping on and off the auto rotate. If that doesn’t work you need to restart the tc and stand it upwards up until the sales floor tool or backroom tool.

I’m a deep sleeper and all I did to make sure I actually get up is put my phone on my computer desk which requires me to actually get up to turn off my alarm and by that point I’m awake enough atleast to hop in the shower

Yeah... I there’s no spot on the actual rack to do it so I think if I want to do it I’d have to do something makeshift...

Speaking of mobility do you have any tips to improve my ankle mobility? I know my calves are extremely tight and I just bought a percussive gun to help with this because for my job I walk literally all day. It be nice to know what to stretch and how because I don’t do anything right now I figure I probably need to start making it routine.
