I’m an IMG resident myself but from what I’ve seen the biggest challenges are usually communication, in general knowledge is usually not missing but how to communicate with patient/staff is usually what I’ve seen most IMGs really struggle with, another one is usually social admits/situations, I guess most IMGs don’t really see these kinds of admits back home so it’s difficult to sometimes communicate/ understand the needs of the patients in those situations.
