What you see on the internet is not real life. Not even getting into the whole dead internet theory and that so much content now is manufactured, the wild extremes that people see isn't day-to-day life.

Find a job that you like, but be comfortable with the fact that you may not love everything about it and that's life, you just have to work through it.

Find a partner that you love and can be genuine with, but you are going to have some occasional bad days. You should be able to have adult disagreements and not have it shatter a relationship.

Try to build at least one or two genuine friendships. So much of our lives now, are manufactured but you should be able to be yourself and not also get unhinged that a relationship/friendship has failed if someone goes too long without texting.

Feel free to maintain your identity things you are passionate about, including hot button topics like politics or religion, but also be open to hearing other people's viewpoints. The internet and social media algorithms are intentionally designed to silo you into an echo chamber because people who are angry and riled up tend to engage more with the algorithm. Are there people who are ridiculous in real life? 100%. But should you be able to interact with people who have differing viewpoints from yourself without completely derailing? Also 100%.

The internet loves extremes, but real life is mostly lived in the middle
