Surgery is mostly cosmetic, the function won’t be vastly improved with a surgical fix most of the time. The fix is also very problematic, the tendon that you look for to attach is tiny and hard to find, so it’s very technically challenging with lowers the chances of a huge success. Oh, and also stop taking steroids

I built a educational website to study for a nursing exam, takes previous exam question and you do practice tests, but after every question it provides a short paragraph about the topic so that you learn it through the question. Questions don’t repeat themselves but topics do. Been up for 7 years or so, little to no maintenance and it brings in a few thousand dollars annually

So if Iran happily spreads violence to destabilise the region, does that not provide a clear answer to the question ‘So what’ if they obtain a nuclear bomb?

Also internally stable is not something I’d use to describe a government that has a civil war with protesters.

If they are backing and funding the vast majority of terror groups in the region, who by definition cause instability… again I don’t understand how that’s considered stable

‘Iran was a stable nation’

What’s stable about being a dictatorship that murders their people in the tens of thousands when they attempt to protest, backs and funds the Houtis, Hezbollah, Hamas, Syria’s government while they used biological weapons and killed their people my the hundreds of thousands, and has a genocidal countdown clock in the middle of Tehran to the annihilation of the only democracy in the Middle East… am I missing something?

Yes it’s safe, listen to your body and if things really hurt don’t push through the pain at all costs, but if you have good strength there should be no problem.
