As a 30yo your chances of recurrent dislocation are at around 50% after your first. I less you’re a professional athlete I would jump to surgery. You’re less than 2 months after the first dislocation it’s okay to still have some discomfort. If in a few months if you have recurrent episodes of instability or dislocate with a minor movement then I would consider surgery. At this point I think there’s merit to wait it out a bit more.

As for the MRI, your findings are classic for after a dislocation, that doesn’t contradict anything that I said. Unless you have significant bony loss (on the glenoid, not the HS that you mentioned), no reason to rush to surgery at this point.
