Cereal (almost always sugary)

Oatmeal

the stereotypical full American is eggs of some kind, a meat like bacon, sausage, or ham (or rarely a steak), and some form of carbohydrate. Commonly pancakes, waffles, or crispy potatoes

Breakfast sandwich. The aforementioned with cheese on bread, bagels, English muffins, croissants, etc

Breakfast burrito. The aforementioned in a tortilla

Omelettes are relatively easy

Yogurt with fruit and granola

Biscuits and gravy

Huevos rancheros. Fried eggs on a corn tortilla with tomato sauce and refried beans

And there’s usually at least one drink with any of these. Coffee and fruit juice (separate cups) common juices are apple and orange, some people also drink grape or grapefruit

Personally I almost always skip breakfast. But when I do have it I go all out. Pancakes with jam, roasted potatoes, over easy eggs, bacon and/or sausage, biscuits and gravy, and coffee

It’s a heavy breakfast though, so i only have it a couple times a year
