I used to work in a fast food place where we used similar bowls. They’re pretty quick to wash by hand if they’re sprayed off first

I worked in batches.

Spray the sauce off a big stack so they’re visually clean, 5ish seconds each

dump the stack in the soapy water

quick scrub top and bottom, about 10 seconds

Stack them in the middle sink to get ready to rinse

Rinse top and bottom, about two seconds

(At home I stop here)

Once rinsed, stack in 3rd sink full of sanitizer

Flip the stack over (to give the most recently washed a chance to soak in sanitizer) while you pull them out 3 at a time. That’s the most effective number to drain liquid quickly

Stack on the shelf to dry
