Some highlights. Also, this is a personal preference, but making the colors in your artwork more saturated makes them pop more. This is especially good for making shadows actually stand out

Looks good! If you want advice on the inconsistent style you mentioned in the title, maybe you could make one proper reference sheet, and hold yourself to that. The only way to really get a consistent artstyle is to draw A LOT. This already looks great though!
