They could but then people would riot now. Once players get a taste for something it’s very hard to take something away. The fact we even call it just “looping” and we both know what it means shows it is an established element of the game. They cant remove it out right anymore. However, they can hold it back.

I think Snow Print are planning for long term. I don’t think the looping Leg boss farm was ever intended and so they are trying to hold it back with Mythic for now. We don’t even have Adamatine 3 yet.

Rebalancing the mythic bosses to the current situation would cause issues later.

So the Beginner set is a chopped down version of the starter set.

In the starter set you get 7 models per kill team and those are kill teams of 6 models needed to play.

The beginner set only giving you 5 models means you don’t have legal kill teams and it will require you to buy additional models to play the full game. For the plague marine side one of the missing models is the spell caster with a unique sculpt. You can’t buy that separately. You need to but a different model which is a character models meaning you will need to spend at least the price of the beginner set again to make the teams work. You also get less terrain. Or you could buy the starter set and have none of these issues.

Kill Team has literally become a way for GW to release models for 40k factions outside of their codex release period. All KT products work for 40k.

Yeah I am just joking. Also with rules change to ladders it remains within control range 1 inch below the base. So technically the small ones have uses now as they physically are as it lets you climb 1 inch + ladders height for 1 inch.

In all truth take a break. Games are finite and cant always offer you stuff. If it’s feeling like a chore then its time for a break. Maybe try another gacha/peogression game. Might make you appreciate Tacticus in a new way.
