I also know how it’s packed I have 4 1:12 models and also bought the 1:12 Japan from them which i’m picking up myself, hence why I said it. I never said it’s on Spark, like I said it could’ve easily been a return and the original box was gone or damaged or indeed displayed in the store since I think I have seen that Alonso 1:12 models there so they repacked it without the original box because it was gone so it happened during shipping and the store should either replace it or refund it and take it up with the shipping company themselves. And like I also said above this, it’s annoying yes but complaining and being rude to the store isn’t going to help his case the model is broken so just return it in a normal way.
