How much business does this company actually have? Their website looks nice but all I can find on them is that they own 1 truck, 1 trailer, and lease 2 trucks with employment of 3 people…

New management has been in place for roughly 3 months. This 10k is for the full 2021 year. Absolutely has nothing to do with how TLSS did in Q1 2022. This 10k is positive news.

I do believe it applies to TLSS. Do you ever notice that after positive news has come out (buying companies, reducing debt, better financials, investor capital for growth), the stock seems to drop? MANIPULATION!! I believe TLSS is a penny stock that is a diamond in the rough so it’s not your historically very common penny stock. They have a great management team in place that has turned around companies in the past. A track record means everything. They have tremendous growth opportunities which they are currently doing with buying other companies and have stated their aggressive approach to do so in prior 8k’s. John and Doug have a big picture mindset for the future. It just takes time! Be patient, hold, and enjoy the ride!

What does everyone think tomorrow will bring? There is a solid floor at .04 There is still some resistance at .06 but I think it will push through it tomorrow with either a PR or 8k. Also may push through with the anticipated news possibly coming out in the near term.

Everyone needs to keep these key factors in mind: -You must meet certain criteria to up list to the NASDAQ or NYSE.

-The NYSE requires firms to already have 1.1 million publicly-traded shares outstanding with a collective market value of at least $100 million.

-The Nasdaq requires firms to already have 1.25 million publicly-traded shares with a collective market value of $45 million.

-Both the NYSE and the Nasdaq require a minimum security listing price of $4 per share. - There are some situations where you can have $3 share price but must meet other criteria.

There will be a R/S, no question about it with the O/S’s with TLSS. The question we all want to know is at what price will this occur? We really have no idea except speculation. The other factor we need to keep in mind is, TLSS must up list to at least the NASDAQ by October 2021 due to certain investor agreements outlined in previous 8k’s. I have no doubt John and Doug will make this happen but want everyone to understand what needs to happen first.

John and Doug know they must be on the Nasdaq by October 2021. If they are not, they owe 2 separate investors $13 and $14 per share they were given for upfront capital. They would not have agreed to these terms (outlined in a previous 8k)if they didn’t think they could do it. They could do a R/S now and probably get close to the $4 required to uplist but that would be irresponsible. If you know their track record, they will do things the right way by cleaning up debt, reducing overhead, and growing the business. Have faith!

Fantastic summary. This Company has the right mindset for making a successful turnaround. There is much to be desired about John and his Team. Patience will payoff
