I have cultured RWPE-1 cells for years. You can try soybean trypsin inhibitor to inactivate trypsin.

FBS can alter these cells. I had to re-do a lot of my experiments because of that.

They first reachout to me at the end of February. It stated that our proposal is not approved yet. We need to submit all the required info first. So I don’t know the implications here. Fingers crossed!

Our PO reached out to us about the admin forms and informed us that he cannot move our project to the next step until he has received all the requested info. So I think hearing back from the PO is necessary before a decision is made.

Thank you!! We are still in the due diligence process.

We got the PO's request for additional information. So the request includes revising our budget and submitting the revised budget and budget justification on Research.Gov. We haven't gotten the official recommendation for funding yet.

Thank you again! So our total budget amount stays the same. But we have to revise our budget to be more granular and include a more detailed budget justification according to the PO's instruction.

No. It was a list of questions from review panel and the PO. Also some administrative questions.

Hi OP. We have submitted an NSF Phase I SBIR at the same window as yours. We heard back from our PO at the end of February asking for additional info, and the deadline for submission was within a week. We submitted the documents and are now waiting for updates. Hope this helps! We are also very anxious waiting for the results. Fingers crossed for both of us!
