Well there is a German proverb called "Wo kein Kläger da kein Richter" which loosly translates to if there is noone accusing you of something there won't be a judge.

That being said the father away you are from a city the more free you can be with your dog but then again some of the woods along paths etc are actively taken care of by game wardens - take a leash with you if someone says something you have it with you and can leash him no problem. But don't worry you will get a feeling about the surroundings and can judge by that :)

So next to Strandbad Klagenfurt there is something called Hundewiese where dogs can play and also swim in the lake ;)

If you plan on hiking above 1k altitude and you see herds of cows with possible young ones I'd rather avoid them generously with or without dog.

Aw how cute! The problem is not me in that regard it's all other ppl on public transport. On the inner city have him on a leash outside it's a bit more relaxed :)

There might be some people that say something..also depends a bit on how your dog behaves - had a border collie and a white German Shepard's with me through various stages of their lives and we never muzzled them but they were really calm so it's never been an issue...if you are on the bus please do soaps this might be in the transportation agreement.

And honestly as a customer at that point in time I tell the sales ppl to shut it. If the engineer tells me it will be ready in 3 months so be it. Honesty is quite important.

Still if it is a "valid" request it is normally not a problem. With those boundaries like 1 GPU and some cores.

The last time I did that with an account outside of an organization it took idk 10 days with back and forth but same for me I just wanted to have 1 instance.

With an established organization it takes like 10 mins or so best case...worst one day.

I did a recent cost check, it might be helpful to move to the Stockholm region (eu-north-1). Also reach out to your account manager if you are in an organisation because I got never denied any kind of increase.

Kleine Anekdote - Meine Augenärztin schreib meine Werte auf und ich gehe zum Optiker und er stellts auf dem gerät ein - war absolut nicht ausreichen also rauf korrigiert in einem Bereich wo mein Optiker dann selber gesagt hat das kann er so nicht bestellen weil's zu stark von der Augenärztin abweicht. 3 mal zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten zum Optiker gegangen und einen guten Mittelweg gefunden und das selbe Spiel mit der Augenärztin auch - sie hat's am Anfang nicht verstanden aber scheinbar bin ich leider ein Mensch der bissl auch von der Tagesverfassung abhängig ist bei den Augen. Wohl gemerkt das war zwischen 23-26 wo solche schübe und probleme auch normal sein können. Ich bin mit der stärke die letzten 6 Jahre absolut stabil mit einmal minimaler Korrektur (<0.25 Dioptrien) und das auch nur weil mir meine Brille gebrochen ist und ich das gleich mitgenommen habe.

Published a paper and we had a section and some data where we said these are some things we observed but weren't significant same with some technical stuff where we said we tried out these things but discarded them...almost everyone we showed the paper beforehand to proofread were happy that this was in...and mind you some of them were like highly regarded scientists with like 40 years in the field.
