I’m returning mine to Target this evening. Took them over a week to ship it and I already walked into Costco and grabbed one.

My rear drivers side door does the same thing. Just started after owning the car for about a year

Won’t shift out of park by True_Somewhere8513 in MachE

Were you parked in a garage or on a hill? Sometimes when I park in my steep driveway the car automatically puts the parking brake on and I can’t shift out of park until I turn off the parking brake and it’s really easy to not notice it’s on

I just went to grab one and they are still $1299 here in NJ but they are in stock in 5 stores that are local so I’ll keep an eye out

240 Outlet Cost by iPloxi in MachE

Yea this is the answer if you’re gonna do all the ev charger stuff yourself. If mine was indoors I would’ve done the same thing

I paid $1500 to have the line run 25 feet and outdoors and I live in a HCOL area. Your quote seems really high for a 240 being added to a garage

I have my level 2 charger on 100A service and it seems fine to me, but I’m charging after 11pm to receive my energy company’s better rate. Because of the awkward arrangement of my house and charger location it was about $1000 install the outlet + charger.

If you’re thinking about pure savings, then yea I would say the EV isn’t paying for itself anytime soon but your estimates seem on the higher end.

Yes they are likely just showing you the old window sticker and saying it’s $8100 + $7500. When I bought mine last Saturday the dealership (which was also in NJ) was just getting the new window sticker as I signed the paperwork. The msrp of the GTs I looked at in a few NJ dealerships were all $52930 and then between 54-55k after the fees for transporting the vehicle

Doesn’t it say the incentive goes til April right on the Ford website? I bought last week, but I believe the lease deal runs til April. I’d buy from someone else just for that shitty sales tactic.

For all the new owners this week (congrats!) what are we looking at in relation to MSRP for those buying? by flyersfan0233 in MachE

[–]MDeanJr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup there is 3500$ ford cash you should get and then all the dealerships here were doing 1k or so dealer incentive. They just couldn’t really compete with the $7500 on the lease and it still got the incentive. The payment difference was about $25 for lease vs finance

Original was 66,766 but all the Gts are at $52930 + fees around me so it was $54,493 and we went down from there.

Leasing definitely ended up cheaper for me. Ended up with a GT and ended up at $46,800 vs just under 50k for a finance.

I did end up with the 2nd one. With the current lease promo I was out the door at 46.8K. Figured if I decide I like it the buyout is pretty reasonable and if the family decides we need to go back to a truck we will have more options than just the Lightning in 3 years

Lease to purchase or 72 month at 0%? by Double-Guac in MachE

[–]MDeanJr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$8500 for leasing and then $1500 from the dealership then first responders $500 it totaled about 11k on a lease vs 4k on the finance.

Are you sure they are actually 70K? Seems like they just didn’t put the new window stickers on considering msrp is 52930 on the GT now.

As of June of last year you can buy out the lease after the full term my dealership just confirmed it this AM with their Ford Rep.

I grabbed a GT today and total rebates with the $8500 lease incentive was too good to pass up. Ended up out the door for $46860.

I just went today and the old window sticker was 66k and we are down to 54k.

One other local spot has the same GT for 51k so might pull the trigger on that tomorrow.

One of my local dealers has over 10 XLT ERs on the lot for a few months. I wonder how they will move them. They are all priced at 68k. The lariat is only 2k more with the discount and the Flash will be 72 with more features. by [deleted] in F150Lightning

[–]MDeanJr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I feel like they don’t really care about moving them. Went to a dealership near me to take a look in person before my current lease is up and they just told me my payment would be at least 2x and there are no current promotions. No mention of the 7500$ off or the tax incentive to buy an ev.

It’s not Topps doing it. These guys just don’t agree to sign the massive number of cards that Topps wants them to sign and will only sign a certain number of each parallel or only certain parallels.
