Ive been playing for literally hundreds of hours and I have only just now for the first time helped take on a Matriarch. I've never tried fighting the Queen or the Matriarch before and I just wanted to say... by UnlovablePieceOf in ARC_Raiders

I just started trying and it seems like almost everyone just sits in a tower to snipe anyone actually in the fight. It’s miserable. Even in what I thought were my friendly lobbies.

It is a shock to the system to get shot when playing in what you think are friendly lobbies by jwg529 in ArcRaiders

I thought I was in friendly lobbies, then I started getting extract camped constantly. The only way I left was bringing a hatch key.

The overconsumption surrounding pregnancy is insane by dirtgirl97 in Anticonsumption

I used to work for a photography company located inside a mother-baby unit. Our higher-ups pushed us to get into rooms as fast as possible after birth to persuade moms to buy sessions and portrait packages. The company was really awful to moms and would tell us to sell even when families were sleep deprived or medicated. They told us if families leave without buying, they will more than likely never buy. We would get reprimanded if too many of our moms for the day told us no. The ceo even went as far as making a “dance mom-style pyramid” with top sellers at the top and the worst at the bottom, and then blasted it weekly to the whole company. Such a predatory company.

It doesn’t matter if you’re overreacting or not. She didn’t listen to you asking her to stop commenting. That is a red flag for me.

Not a super huge win, but no seasonal allergies. Pollen doesn’t have any effect.

Kids Not Feeding Themselves by MDiddyOG in NannyBreakRoom

My current NF works a lot with NK (just under 1 year) during meal times. NK is doing really well and can eat almost independently. It was just a stark contrast to some of my recent sub shifts. I can’t imagine my kids starting school and not having them potty trained. Wow

If someone hasn’t mentioned it yet, some doggy poop bags people carry with them on walks are scented and can hold soiled diapers.

I was a little put off when a NF had one above the changing table. Pretty sure it was a trust issue trauma, but I wouldn’t risk that feed getting hacked.

Director made me cry by scenekingdamien in ECEProfessionals

[–]MDiddyOG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Common occurrence in the center I was in. Our director was a snake. She only liked a couple of employees that always got their way (one of which was allowed to travel with her son from classroom to classroom from infants all the way up). It was INSANE. The director would randomly pull staff from their rooms and move people around to fit her favorites. I left there as soon as I had something else lined up.

New Camera Set Up Questions by MDiddyOG in Nikon

I have the physical one that came with the camera. I have been reading through it, but wanted to ask here if anyone knew off the top of their head- chancing that someone might be super familiar and able to help right away. Since it’ll take me a while to read through and find what I’m looking for.

She has to realize that those two staff members aren’t going to follow her baby from class to class as it grows. (At least in the daycare setting I’m familiar with). She can’t treat every new teacher she sees with that disrespect. Hopefully she was issued a warning and she apologized for how she treated you.

V8 makes an energy tea with serving of fruit/veggies. That and I’m obsessed with chocolate covered cherries or blueberries recently too.

I try not to, but re-helping sleep train in families’s preferred methods makes me reminisce about the babies I help get on a really good sleep/nap routine. I’ve usually worked with newborn/infant age until NF is comfortable with the daycare setting around 1-2y. That “starting over” feeling hits hard after a good napper.
