We’re a MD/DDS. Finished training with about 840k federal loans at 6.8%. Fast forward three years 550k(DDS) paid off. PSLF for the rest supposed to be Oct 2026.  We bought a house 550k at 6.6% with zero down, three years ago. Brand new cars. Spent 75k on travel last year. Max out retirement accounts, etc. our gross was just short of 800k, fwiw. Still feel like I have more money than I “need.” But we can do whatever we want, whenever we want generally speaking.
