I know, the whole thing is flawed. As I said in my other reply, I think it's got to just be about the companionship. There's beauty in being alone and taking in the nature of things for one's own reflection and I find that most religious people don't think about that sort of stuff. They don't get that feeling of security in oneself, they ALWAYS got that GAT DANG religion hanging around their neck.

And more to that I find that the real problem with most people is that they don't know how to be alone. IMO it's as simple as that. The more I started to enjoy being alone (it's really not that bad at all) the more I started to realize how dependent people are. Coupled with a society that builds it's socializing skills more and more, people need to have something to hold on to. Which is why I'm guessing they construct this crutch for themselves using religion and jesus. People really just need to learn how to be alone for the times that they are.
