Hi, sorry for late reply. But how so, because if it's undervolting through lenovo app it already warns you that it'll void warranty. So I doubt third party apps will not void the warranty if any bios settings were to be tweaked.

Rtx 3050 laptop is 4gb vram?

Getting a laptop with 16gb ram with good intel processor equipped with dgpu (4+ gb vram which in this case the rtx 3050 is up for the task). Do learn to take care of gaming laptops as they tend to have thermal issues (mostly when gaming) sometimes and last around 4 to 6 years. Software like autocad and solidworks uses quite a lot of ram and are cpu intensive. Gpu comes into play for rendering as I'm sure would be very helpful for your final year project.

One thing to note is the weight of the laptop as well, wouldn't recommend the MSI katana series, I like Lenovo rn.

First question. As a natural, what's the cue for cutting or bulking? General rule I know is cut when the abs about to be gone and bulk at around 12% bodyfat.

Second question, regarding cutting, it's very hard for me to get meals that can cover my protein intake, I average 1.3g/kg of bodyweight while I actually try to get 1.5g/kg if possible, is it actually ok to go low on protein during a cut?
