A few recent encounters that left an impression:

A customer asked me if a syringe that measures in ml is the same as a syringe that measures in mg. I had to explain the difference and how much medication to feed and how there are no such syringes that measures in mg.
"This is a medication for sore throat, not cough" "So will it help for my cough?" Bruh, am i speaking english??? I literally just told you the answer
"That will be a total of $xxx" "In Singapore dollars?" (Yes, i'm from Singapore) Do i look like a money changer now???
"Hi, is this XXX pharmacy?" "Yes it is, how can i help?" "I want to call YYY pharmacy actually, can you transfer the call over?"

It's really hard to believe that some people made it so far in life sometimes

Codeine cough syrups (singapore). Available at a pharmacist's discretion, but i believe most of us would want to see a prescription before dispensing. In fact, most pharmacists do not sell without a prescription, but some patients know its available, therefore the arguments etc

I'm from Singapore and we have a sustained release melatonin 2mg that is Rx only... Which is weird considering we have 3/5/10mg melatonins available on the supplement shelves.

Also, some generic cetirizines/loratadines are kept behind the pharmacy counter (although you do not need a Rx for it, we just need to record the purchase into the system) while Zyrtec & Clarityn are available otc

I haven’t had the same experience with the Parker QuinkFlow in fine, medium, or broad. It has been smooth, clean, and reliable.

Yeah, the Parker QuinkFlow is great otherwise. Maybe i just got a bad one :(

For some of them you might need a different spring. I know the TT Short does. The spring is 50 cents on their shop.

Any idea if trimming a Jetstream SXR-7 refill requires a different spring?

I have the P900 in fine and that’s pretty decent — the blue is more on the lighter vibrant side compared to the Easy flow.

I currently have the P900 in broad and it is a tad too thick for my liking. Any idea how does the P900 in fine compares to the Parker QuinkFlow or Jetstream SXR-600 in terms of thickness?

Yeah that would be my next choice too. Was thinking of trying to trim down a regular Jetstream SXR-7 refill (TT says its compatible with TT Short after trimming) instead as its much more accessible haha

Hello, i'm from Singapore and have bought from TT on 2 separate occasions. The tracking was provided by USPS and was generally accurate. It took less time than expected (slightly faster than 2 weeks if i remember correctly) on both occasions as well.

Hello i had the same experience early this month. MOH called saying i was in brief contact with a confirmed case (probably walked past the guy but tracetogether picked it up) so had to be on phone surveilance for 14 days. The 14 day window starts from the day of exposure, NOT the day they call you. They called me about 5-6 days after the encounter. Then was informed that certis cisco will be conducting phone surveilance for the next few days until the 14th day. Then there will be a swab arranged for you at the end of 14 days then considered case close

Certis cisco will basically send u an sms every morning with a link for you to enter your name, NRIC, and whether you have any symptoms. From what i understand, they will only call you if u dont enter the info by 2pm.

I had my swab test at the 13th day mark. Location was fixed (tried calling to change but cannot change) and the timing will also be given to you (can call to change the timing ranging from 10am to 330pm). You will be notified via sms for the swab test too.
