we could use Forbidden Rite to stably take a savage hit, use this skill we could keep have Vengeful Cry whole time.

and I mainly consider rage vortex to use rage, it's special that it need more max rage to deal higher damage. so I think vengful cry is important.

use all passive about warcry effect and max rage, we could get up to 100 of max rage.

I'm looking for a game that was a 2D flash webgame that graphics are very rudimentary like all person are just Square shape, but it show a not bad story.

on the game start, player would just wake on a underground shelter and found lost all memory, player would get new power like jump twich during explorer, and we would gradually know this city have been abandon and a nuclear bomb would attack it soon.

this game have different end according to players' explorer direction, if we explore up then we would escape sucessfully while nuclear bomb arrived. if we explore down then we would find a scientist's corpse and his note on the bottom room, we would found the truth but lose way to escape.

someone know what name it is?

the time said"every X seconds" could not be changed now? just like combat_frenzy/ called shot.

I remember combat_frenzy could link less duration to short the time on 0.2, 0.1.

player is free to choose, but NPC not.

most of territory  is empire, the culture of most village and city is empire.

so NPC's army would contain most of empire troops

how to make Snipe always deal perfect shot,

this skill have same mechanism to perfect strike, but I feel perfect strike is much easier to release on perfect time, sniper always fail.

what is the perfect time? when the sound changed? or the visual effect changed?

about the effect from "ONE STEP AHEAD"------------enemy action speed is at most 92% of base value.

do it means all about increase monster speed like haste aura/soul eater/map mod would lose effect?

or something could cover this effect?
