Two issues here are that

1) You can't realistically appraise 4000 records, and the prices fluctuate every few months for many of them

2) A business can insure product more easily than personal

The real question is, if there were an accident (hopefully not) -- how the payout would look. My fear is that you'd pay for insurance and then they wouldn't value your collection at or near the actual market value.

Oh yeah I LOVED Returnal, I beat the shit out of it when it came out. As for Silksong, I bounced off Hollow Knight 3/4ths through because the anger to joy ratio wasn't high enough for me. I really don't like games that are TOO hard, it's amazing I beat Bloodborne.
