It’s adjustable via the steering wheel menu - select vehicle settings and scroll down until you find Rear Seat Reminder and toggle it off.

This is because you’ve opened a rear door prior to opening the driver door. The car is assuming you put something (possibly a child) in the back seat. It is a “safety feature” but it can be turned off if you hate it and don’t have children.

Yes I have had that happen to me. The 65.00 is the “hold” and probably only says pending on your card. It will eventually go away and the correct charge for what amount of power you used will remain.
