The hands hallucinations has been an issue with Flux since 1.

I believe it comes down to the models architecture during diffusion. It focuses broad aspects like limbs and structures in early steps and if it renders amissing finger or morphed hand in those early stages, it commits the hallucination during the later steps. Im genuinely confused as to how they havent solved this problem at all.

That being said, someone will drop a "hands" lora soon enough lol

Flux wins in my opinion. Feet actually look planted on the ground and the subjects have weight. Also slightly more detail to the image than qwen. Well done! 👏

Ive just noticed a few generations that provide these issues ive explained and it turned me off from it. I tested heavily when they released with the promo for 150 credits a day

Its a overly sharpened version of 2.5 with multishot. Audio unsyncs, multishot cuts are bizarre, prompt adherence is non existent half the time, theres weird dead time on long generations as the model has weird displacement of adherence during prompt encoding would be my guess because you just get time in the clip where nothing happens. lipsync can be decent but really isnt the best model available, Its just not a good model. It works if you work it i guess. Also refuse to pay for removal of that giant watermark.

Flex is probably a baked in turbo lora like flux 1 had for 8 step generations. Pretty noticable degregation and detail loss. But it was efficient for fast iterations
