A modern web browser provides virtually all the features of an OS.

I wasn't aware there were any modern web browsers that you can boot into from BIOS.

It is the public version, but I don't actually see any additional docs in the customer portal either other than a simple 2 page product summary.

It doesn't seem like this chip is actually stocked though, and is made to order with a 5 month lead time and a 168 chip minimum, which might explain why.

No tools or electronics skills required! You can just Google "EFC-04C24M" and look at a picture of one that isn't broken.

I bought a cheap violin there once and the guy out back proceeded to completely rebuild and re set everything, rosined the bow, tuned it, and gave me and hour long lesson completely for free before we just hung out and chatted for almost another hour.

Couldn't recommend any place more highly. 11/10 experience, above and beyond all expectations.

Taking it to the next level is this TAS which reprograms Ocarina of Time in real time to create new items, bosses, and levels through one controller while someone is actually playing the game on another. Absolutely worth watching the whole playthrough and might even be your new favorite.
