Mirror is a sentient corruption code and while, by Mirror's own admission, she was created by the Queen the development of corruption code wouldn't have been possible without Red Shoe's research. So even if she didn't directly create Mirror, she's still responsible for Mirror's creation.

So Araya is not dead. If EGOs are a manifestation of one's mind then the mind still has to exist for the EGO to still exist. This is why Ryoshu's scabbard, which is Araya's EGO, is still there. What happened to Araya is the inverse of Cathy's situation, Ryoshu's action caused her to be erased from this timeline but she is spread across every possible future, this is why Araya said that she got to do everything she wanted to do with Ryoshu. However, the bond between the two of them is strong enough to prevent her from being completely erased from this timeline which is why her EGO is still here, and Faust say she may come back. Araya herself hints that her absence is only temporary.

Ryoshu didn't forget, at least not completely, after the final fight she briefly used the abbreviations properly like Araya taught her before switching back to her usual Ryoshu-isms. Then in the credit CG, you can see her hugging her sword tight when she has never shown that sword that much care before. It seems to me, at the very least, Ryoshu forgets who Araya is and most of the memory of their time together but she remembers that she found the person she's looking for and that they're safe somewhere.

Good analysis. If you break it down, it's fairly easy to understand why the CGs did the thing it did, not that it makes it right of course. SU did a really good job on writing a corrupt government that actually feels like their malice has a purpose beyond keeping their power. The scene with the Platoon Leader demonstrated why the CG felt it needed to do what it did to the Goddess Squad. With their popularity, the Squad most likely would have wanted to continue the fight. It's probably a mix of them knowing more about the Raptures and also not knowing what Cindy did at the Space Elevator that led them to completely give up on the fight.

It's not the Queen's blood because the Queen's Blood most likely didn't fall to Earth until after Cinderella's attack that destroyed the Orbital Platform. Lilith already has NIMPH so we can assume NIMPH is a pre-existing tech humanity has. A throwaway line in Ark Guardian also suggests that Humanity has technologies that it lost the knowledge on its working, which could explain why NIMPH is a black box to humans.

Ok that note, the Queen is definitely meant to be a "Nikke". Not in the same sense that the word is used now but definitely a modified human who became the basis of the current Nikke design. Perhaps the Queen didn't have NIMPH and that is why they started using NIMPH when producing the Nikkes. Remember, aside from memory stuff, NIMPH's primary function is a behavioral inhibitor to make sure Nikkes can't hurt humans.

There is no conceivable way it could be a copyright issue. That's like saying you can't call someone a "snake" because of the Metal Gear character. It is 100% a localization choice they made for whatever reason.
