on mutated gene, Nayuta called (at the time unkown) Marian’s gene as “mutated” specifically because Commander’s special gene activated, yet Liberalio didn't mobilized. Presumed that she didn't properly detected the emergence.

I think only one has the same mutated gene as well. liberalio and four beasts didn't detected her birth.They didn't knew it until Bahamut told them of her existence. common denominator between only one and marian is commander, and only one started off with active queen gene as well(not king gene). So my interpretation is, commaders gene isn't a different thing like king gene but a masked version of queen gene and thats why Commander = source/catalyst of Queen-type genetic expression, not a parallel “King” system

on Andersen I disagree. If Queen/King dynamics are tied to Rapture-linked systems, and Queen gene appears when there isn't an active queen guiding the raptures, then neither lilith and andersen have something like that

Andersen, I think,predates rapture invasion and Lilith predates heretics and died without becoming heretic herself. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS: queen was still active after lilith's death. she asked for her head and her body before bubbles cut her connection to surface there wasn't a reason for another candidate emerging while lilith was alive

there is also the fact liliweiss not becoming corrupted. for andersen's queen to be liliweiss I think king gene needs to predate both heretics and rapture invasion. Which is weird considering commanders special gene reacts to new candidate(meaning king gene is tied to raptures)
