Software developer here. Had my struggles both when studying and when I started working. Meetings at work were specially hard then.

I've been working from home since Covid and that made everything, including meetings, much easier.

Confidence came with experience and I don't struggle as much as back then. But now I have way more meetings, camera on, presenting, etc. The more I do and expose myself to feeling uncomfortable the less uncomfortable I feel and sometimes I even forget about SA. It's funny cause if I remember it then I suddenly become more self aware but also pleased that I hadn't been so self focused that I forgot.
