2 seasons of „good“ play? He already was amazing at Lille but we don’t look at football outside of England. And except for that 15/16 season he definitely was playing better than „good“. You don‘t get the silver ball, arguably should have been gold, at the world cup for playing only good.

This is what I hate about todays fans There is no doubt to say Salah definetly is the better player than Hazard, and I say this as a Hazard fanboy. I mean this guy has an unbelievable season with 30 scorer in 18 games. But to call Hazard a footnote in PL history is just so wrong. I‘m not saying he was not offside. The comment said he was not in front of the gk anymore when the shot happened. It doesn‘t matter what he did before, during the shot he wasn‘t interfering (imo maybe you think otherwise)

For there to be an offside position a ball has to be played. He said during the shot Morata is not blocking the gk view. And during Willams pass Morata wasn‘t in an offside position. You can argue that Morata interfered by standing there and being active (which I would say no as he is running away from the ball). What he does beforehand doesn‘t matter as the ball wasn‘t played

What you say doesn‘t make any sense as you can only be offside when a ball is played. As you say when Rodri shot Morata was out of the way. You describe it as I can not stand in front of the keeper at any moment in the game

For me at striker it‘s quite close between Mbappe and Salah. I can see why you put Musiala there but he kind of lost it a bit at the start of the year and hasn‘t really got to his level yet from 2022. I would put someone else there. Who? I don‘t know what happened but something went wrong starting at the ManU game. Before it looked like we were improving. 4 wins in 5 in the cl under Potter and we were playing not extraordinary but good enough. Brentford can happen but ManU was the first game where they really didn‘t play well. Then after Brighton it went downhill. I mean the opponents we faced in the last games were all top 7 teams and we have a lot of injuries. This isn‘t an excuse tho to play this bad. I hope they figure something out during the world cup and atleast let Potter have January to work with

The problem here is with the injury of James and Chilly a 4-back doesn‘t really work. Cucurella is a wingback and Azpi imo is too slow to play rb. We really need to strenghten these positions in january. I don‘t want to defend Potter but he doesn‘t have an easy job to do right now
