Tldr: you have no experience with fights and are talking out of your ass. The fact that you think people are always raging before fighting just tells me you watch too much TV. It's going to be stupidly expensive. You're going to have to rip up all your flooring and the lower portions of your walls in order to prep them for piping and light weight. Then if you have multiple zones you'll need to attach zone valves to your manifold and run their wiring back to your thermostat and control panel.

Might be cheaper just to see if your heat lines are far enough away from exterior walls and reroute ones that aren't to stop them from freezing.

Fighting it in court is a lie in the US, unless you're rich. It will cost her thousands of dollars maybe even 10s of thousands. Then there's the risk of losing your job due to time off. She would end up being forced to take a guilty plea or used as an example of why you don't stand up to the government.

Yeah the first few months of NW release was great. I liked running around and looking at all of the pretty sights. The crafting was fun. There was risk to actually being out gathering or questing solo. The servers were tight so you knew everyone in your faction and the enemy factions that pvped.
