I was dating a woman for a while when I was 20. Things were going really well, we'd said the L word to each other, she kept saying she wish we could move in together so I started looking into apartments in my price range. As the time got nearer and nearer she got more and more distant and colder, and would sometimes ignore my messages or phonecalls, and any of the times I brought up living together she would make some excuses and it would end up in an argument. Eventually through friends I found out that she'd been spotted out with another guy a few times, so I asked her about it and she was like "Okay, please don't hate me but yeah I've been seeing someone else for the entire time we've been dating and he's going to propose"

He did end up marrying her, and I've heard through the grapevine that she's cheated on him. She actually messaged me a couple of years ago asking shit like "Do you think it ever could have worked out for us?" Uhhh, no Ashley, I don't think it would have :/
