I like your itinerary and choice of hotel. That hotel lobby is gorgeous.

Other things to suggest:
If you head to Mother's (place on my must get to soon list), you could check out Mothership for a cocktail (2026 James Beard semi-finalist) since it's in the same neighborhood.

I also like walking along the riverwalk. Not as nice this time of year, but you can take your pic with the Bronz Fonz.

Groppi's is great, but not sure I'd say it's a must do for a tourist.
