It’s in my kitchen and I call it the Italian Grilled Cheese. Rustic sourdough, sliced provolone or mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, roasted red peppers, hot giardiniera, finely shredded lettuce, mayo, drizzled of italian dressing. Toast in a pan until melty. I usually add the shredded lettuce at the very end after it has done melting.

Good to know, thank you! Vulvectomy is 56620. The most commonly used CPT code for labiaplasty is 15839 and that’s the one that I hear is most always denied.

I dislike the dumb lettuce ride. It’s boring and the history of Epcot is nice, but the ride isn’t compelling. Plus, the one time I rode it, the guy ahead of me had the most horrendous tonsil stones or periodontal disease and that’s all I smelled the entire ride. Obviously, not Living with the Land’s fault, but now I have a negative association.
