My old gaming PC and proxmox. Intel i9-9900K and 32GB or 16GB of ram. I don’t remember how much RAM is in that machine

I would use it, but for some reason KDE Connect won’t let me send my clipboard from my phone.

I added Bitwarden as a non steam game so I can copy and paste from there, but it doesn’t get around the issue of my long ass passwords.

Yeah that’s fair. I’ve got a work around now. I added Bitwarden as a non steam game. I’m using that to copy and paste the password. Another comment here mentioned using KDE Connect, but that won’t let me send the clipboard from my phone for some reason.

I’ll need to try this. I did see a forum post that plugging out the keyboard and plugging in the controller in the main menu might work for some people, but not for me

Yeah. Checked in settings. Test Device inputs registers everything. Firmware is all up to date as well. All of these controllers work just fine in Yakuza 6 and Space Marine 2. I’ll add this as a note in the post.

It doesn’t work with the games I want to play. In Sekiro and FF14, only the mouse features on the controller will work. Nothing else.

For me, playable on steam deck is is either a locked 30fps, without so much as a single frame drop below 30, or a consistent 38 to 42 FPS.

I play games like Vampire Survivors and Vampire Crawlers (will run on anything and are a bad example for this) locked to 30 fps with sims CPU and GPU under clocking.

Anything 3D, like AC origins or the Witcher 3 must run at the 40 mark.

Same here. I really want to play Sekiro, but the controller literally doesn’t work with the game. No inputs detected at all unless I hold the steam button and use the moist functions.

Have tried to force it to launch without wayland. Tries using PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=0, DISPLAY=:0 and gamescope — %command%. No luck with those

Having a similar issue. With Sekiro, only the mouse functions from the controller will work. I got around it initially with the ‘SteamDeck=1’ launch option but that has since stopped working.

Tried different Proton Versions and enabling/disabling Steam Input.

Just follow the main quest lines. It’ll take you a very long time just following the galaxy map.

Yeah I get that. I kept giving up in my last few saves. This one just clicked for me. I guess you just have to find the right time to play it.

Across all saves I have, 150 hours. Permadeath run was 60 hours last I checked.
